Hi, I’m Chelsea — a Maine-based destination wedding and elopement photographer with a deep love for storytelling, adventure, and meaningful moments.
I was born and raised in Maine and still proudly call it home. Growing up surrounded by the outdoors shaped not only who I am, but how I photograph. Nature, connection, and authenticity are at the heart of everything I do, and those values naturally carry into my work with couples.
My photography style is documentary at its core, with a cinematic influence. I focus on capturing real moments, genuine emotion, and rich, true-to-life color. I believe your wedding or elopement day should feel like you — not overly posed or rushed — and my goal is to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and fully present while I document your story as it naturally unfolds.
I’m 30 years old, love to travel often, and feel most at home somewhere outdoors. My husband and I share that adventurous spirit. We got engaged on top of a mountain in Wyoming while backcountry skiing, and later eloped in June of 2025 on top of a glacier in Alaska — an experience that deeply influences how I approach elopements and intimate wedding days. I truly understand what it feels like to plan something meaningful, personal, and a little wild.
When I’m not photographing weddings or elopements, you’ll likely find me outside hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, or chasing the next adventure. My husband and I also have two dogs, Wila and Targhee, who join us on many of our travels and outdoor adventures.
I love working with outgoing, adventurous couples who aren’t afraid to explore — but I also connect just as well with laid-back couples who want a calm, easygoing experience. I’m very relaxed, easy to work with, and known for helping couples feel comfortable in front of the camera, even if being photographed feels intimidating at first.
While I’m based in Maine and frequently photograph weddings and elopements throughout New England, I’m always happy to travel anywhere your love story takes you — whether that’s a mountaintop, a quiet forest, a coastal cliff, or somewhere across the world.
